The Moultrie Colquitt County Development Authority is thrilled to announce the expansion of Só Dança, a global leader in the dancewear industry. After months of discussions and planning, the Ransan family has selected Moultrie as the home for their new distribution center at 209 3rd Street, NE. Renovations on the facility are already underway, marking the start of this exciting venture, with completion expected in Spring 2025. The new addition is expected to bring 30+ jobs to the new location.

The Moultrie-Colquitt County Development Authority, in partnership with the City of Moultrie, Colquitt County and JBS Capital, officially broke ground on Project Deuce!
This $20 million dollar investment will bring popular retailers like Hobby Lobby, Marshalls and Five Below to our community, creating 100+ new jobs. Construction is set to wrap up by early Fall 2025.
