About

The Moultrie-Colquitt County Development Authority was created in 1960 through an amendment to the Georgia Constitution. The Authority, which is housed with the Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce at 116 1st Avenue SE, is governed by locally appointed board members.
 
Local Development Authorities play an incredibly important role in the community.
